Returns

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
  • No restocking fees apply to any returns or refunds.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by transit.
  • The return request is made after the 30-day return window.
  • The item is not in its original condition or missing parts.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once your order has shipped, it will need to follow our standard return process.
