Our Journey and Commitment to Excellence

Fabled Stitches began its online journey on July 16, 2024. From our workshop in Oakland, Maryland, we have dedicated ourselves to the art of hand-tooling leather, creating unique pieces ranging from cowboy boot key fobs to intricate floral jewelry and home decor. Our business was built on the values of honesty and quality—principles that extend from our design process to our customer service.

We utilize an SSL certificate across our entire website to guarantee that your personal and payment information is securely encrypted and safe from hackers. This security allows you to shop our collections of Keychains, Bags, and Accessories with absolute peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in New condition only. This means the products must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of wear, use, or damage.

Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, features a craftsmanship error (such as a broken clasp), or if you received the wrong item, we will rectify the situation immediately. For these instances:

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • You may choose a full refund or a replacement.

Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)

If you simply changed your mind or would prefer a different aesthetic (for example, swapping a Natural Tan Daisy for a Red & White one), you are welcome to return the item in its original, unused condition.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you in exchanging your handmade item for a different design or color of equal value.

  • How to Initiate: Please email us at support@fabledstitches.com with your order number and the specific item you would like to receive in exchange.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: * For defective items, exchange shipping is entirely free.
    • For non-defective exchanges, the customer covers the return shipping of the original item, and Fabled Stitches will ship the replacement to you for free.
  • Processing Time: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days of us receiving your original item.

Refunds and Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We believe in transparent service. We charge $0.00 in restocking fees for any returned or exchanged items.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5 days.
