Our History and Business Evolution

Fabled Stitches began its online journey on July 16, 2024. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to the art of traditional leathercrafting, operating from our workshop in Oakland, Maryland. Our business was founded on the idea that everyday items—like keychains, bags, and home decor—should be crafted with the same care and detail as a piece of fine art.

Over the years, we have specialized in hand-tooled leather techniques to create unique Keychains & Bag Charms, Jewelry & Hair Accessories, Bags & Purses, and Home & Desk Decor. Every stitch represents our commitment to quality and the "fabled" stories our customers create with our products.

Terms of Sale and Shipping

By placing an order with Fabled Stitches, you agree to the following shipping terms:

  • Geographic Limitation: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Transparent Pricing: We offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on all orders.
  • Processing and Transit: Orders are subject to a 1–3 business day handling time and a 3–5 business day transit time. The total estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.
  • Order Cut-off: The daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy on returns and exchanges is designed to be fair and transparent:

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. Condition: Items must be in "New" condition, meaning they must be in original packaging with no signs of wear or use.
  3. Defective Items: Fabled Stitches will provide a prepaid return label for items with craftsmanship errors or damage.
  4. Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Exchanges: We process exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the original item.
  6. No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees to restock items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 days.

All content on this website, including but not limited to hand-tooled designs, product descriptions, images, and the Fabled Stitches name, is the intellectual property of Fabled Stitches. Unauthorized use of our designs or content is strictly prohibited.
