The Fabled Stitches journey began on July 16, 2024. Established in Oakland, Maryland, our mission was to bring high-quality, artisanal products to the digital marketplace. We specialize in four core collections: Bags & Purses, Home & Desk Decor, Jewelry & Hair Accessories, and Keychains & Bag Charms.
Every item in our shop is handcrafted in small batches right in our Maryland studio. Because we prioritize quality over mass production, our shipping process is designed to ensure that these unique pieces reach you in perfect condition. Since our launch, we have dedicated ourselves to maintaining a transparent and efficient logistics system that serves our customers across the United States.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
- Shipping Fee: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
- Sales Tax: As a Maryland-based business, we collect a 6% sales tax for all orders shipped to a Maryland address. This tax is calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Timeline and Processing
We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the artisanal quality of each item.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Your items are carefully inspected and packed in our Oakland studio.
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Delivery Time: 4 – 7 Business Days.
Service Area and Restrictions
At this time, Fabled Stitches ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Important Delivery Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Transparency is key to a positive shopping experience. Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched from our studio, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey from our Maryland studio to your doorstep.
